Guidelines for writing an article

The number of co-authors of each article cannot exceed 4 persons
Each author could submit no more than 2 articles.
The reference list should consist of at least 20 titles
Self-citation of no more than 10% of the total volume of the reference list is allowed
References cited should be published within the last 10 years
All citations must refer to international publications (use the Mendeley Reference Manager)
The article must present new scientific results not published previously and consist of the following parts:
the abstract should not exceed 300 words;
keywords (three to six words);
the main text of the article must be in accordance with IMRAD (introduction, methods, results, and discussion) regulations;
volume and format of the article should depend on the selected option (see below)

All submitted papers have to follow ethical standards for the conference materials:

the originality of all scientific papers should exclude plagiarism;
simultaneous submission of an article to different journals/conferences is not allowed;
re-publishing a paper or a considerable part of it, including translations from another language is not allowed;
the authors are responsible for the reliability of the numerical results, validity of experiments and accurate statistical data, and objective analysis; data falsification and fabrication are not allowed;
each co-author of the article should present his (her) actual contribution to research and writing the manuscript; the author who didn’t take part in the research (so-called “guest author”) and the author who did not make a significant contribution to writing the article should not be listed;
all previously published data, results, or conclusions listed in the article from literary sources must be cited; the use of references as a method of increasing the impact factor or rating of the author(s) is not allowed.

The Organizing Committee of the Conference is committed to:

decide on the publication of an article and evaluate the submitted materials based on scientific contribution and compliance of the manuscript with the topics and guidelines of the conference;
exclude the influence on the decision to publish a manuscript the author(s) belonging to a particular gender, nationality, race, religious belief, origin, or political preference;
be responsible for maintaining confidentiality when processing (reviewing) articles; the materials will not be transferred to third parties (except for reviewers and editors involved in handling the specific manuscript) and will not be used for personal purposes;
keep the identity of reviewers confidential;
avoid any potential conflict of interest.

All accepted materials will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

All papers with positive reviews will be published in Scopus-indexed editions:
